NOTICE ABOUT FINANCIAL/TRANSACTIONAL INFORMATION

OnlineDraft uses Third Parties to process all financial transactions. As such, OnlineDraft NEVER has access to, nor saves your payment details such as credit/debit card information. OnlineDraft will receive details from the Third Parties about the financial transactions processed on their systems on behalf of OnlineDraft, such as reference number, order number, and payment status, but OnlineDraft never receives, or saves, any personal or identifiable financial information about its users.

WHEN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information with:

Social Networks: We may share your information with social media platforms for example, if you click on a Facebook “like” button on an OnlineDraft Service, the “like” may appear on your Facebook account. To control this sharing of information, please review and adjust your privacy settings for the relevant social network. Depending on your privacy settings and actions on such network, we may share contact information, identification and demographic information, user-generated content, device information and identifiers, connection and usage data, and social media information.
Search Engines: You may be able to engage with other members of the Service or the public. This may make the name and photo associated with your profile and any comments or user-generated content you provide visible to other members of that Service or the general public. If the information is available to the general public, it may also be searchable by search engines.
Advertisers, Advertising Networks, and Other Third Parties: We may share information about how you use the OnlineDraft Services and interact with content or ads to better tailor services, products, marketing and advertising on our Services and on third-party platforms. To enable these purposes, we may share certain demographics information, user-generated content, device information and identifiers, connection and usage data, geolocation data, public and commercial information, and social media information. Sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets

In the event that OnlineDraft is involved in a merger, acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets, or diligence associated with such matters, we may sell or transfer the information described in this Privacy Policy as part of that transaction.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

In many cases, the information (text, data, images) input and generated by this service has long term value and therefore, we do not delete anything unless directed by you. However, we reserve the right for delete information (data and images) for groups, drafts, or accounts that is older than 7 years.

Deleting Images: You have the ability to delete any photo that you upload to our system.

Unlawful or inappropriate images and content: OnlineDraft does not monitor images and content input into this system. If we are made aware of content that is unlawful and/or inappropriate, we reserve the right to immediately remove and delete said content and notify authorities, if applicable.

LEGAL BASES FOR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

The laws of some jurisdictions, such as the European Union, require companies to tell you about the legal basis for using, sharing, or disclosing your information. To the extent those laws apply, we may rely on the following legal bases:

Performance of a contract: where use of your information is necessary to provide you with OnlineDraft Services under a contract, for example the relevant Terms of Service.

CHILDREN

OnlineDraft Services are intended for users of all ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 in the United States or under 16 in the European Union has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at privacy@onlinedraft.com. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Act (COPPA) requirements, we will either delete that personal information or seek parental consent.

DELETING MY ACOUNT AND INFORMATION

If you wish to delete your personal information from OnlineDraft, you may do so by logging in and then going to your Account page (found in the upper right corner using desktop devices). From there, you can click on the button that says, "Want to delete your account". Confirming that option will permanently remove your personal information from our system.

YOUR CHOICES
