OnlineDraft uses Third Parties to process all financial transactions. As such, OnlineDraft NEVER has access to, nor saves your payment details such as credit/debit card information. OnlineDraft will receive details from the Third Parties about the financial transactions processed on their systems on behalf of OnlineDraft, such as reference number, order number, and payment status, but OnlineDraft never receives, or saves, any personal or identifiable financial information about its users.

In the event that OnlineDraft is involved in a merger, acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets, or diligence associated with such matters, we may sell or transfer the information described in this Privacy Policy as part of that transaction.
In many cases, the information (text, data, images) input and generated by this service has long term value and therefore, we do not delete anything unless directed by you. However, we reserve the right for delete information (data and images) for groups, drafts, or accounts that is older than 7 years.
Deleting Images: You have the ability to delete any photo that you upload to our system.
Unlawful or inappropriate images and content: OnlineDraft does not monitor images and content input into this system. If we are made aware of content that is unlawful and/or inappropriate, we reserve the right to immediately remove and delete said content and notify authorities, if applicable.
