Easy Setup

Setting up your Draft is easy. Just sign up, and then enter a name for your group. Then load the leads or accounts into our system from a spreadsheet or on the website. Configure your draft and you are ready to go. It is FREE to sign up and get started.

In Person or Remote Drafts

OnlineDraft works great either way. If all of the draft participants meet for the Draft, connect a laptop to a TV and use our DRAFT BOARD. OnlineDraft will simplify the process whether your Draft is In Person, Remote, or a combination of the two.

Pre-Assign ("Slot") Items before the Draft

You can pre-assign, or "slot" whatever you are drafting before the Draft begins. Once you have set your draft order, you can make any selection in the Draft before it begins. If certain items need to go at certain picks, we have you covered.

Full control of the Draft Order

We will help you build your draft order quickly, but you have full control over every pick in the draft.

Administrator control of the Live Draft

Administrators can start, pause, resume, and end the draft whenever they like. Further, the Administrator can pick for draft participants if necessary and enforce pick time limits.

List View of all Items

All details are available to Draft Participants in a List and can be downloaded to a spreadsheet after the draft. The list can be printed as well to include any added images.

Pre-Rank Items before the Draft & AutoDraft

Before the draft, participants can rank the items in the draft. At the draft, all of their ranks are available to help them make their selections. AutoDraft can be turned on at anytime to have the system pick for you based on your rankings.

Works on any Internet-Connected Device

OnlineDraft works great from any Internet-connected device using a modern web browser. Use your desktop computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet to make your picks.

Email and SMS (text message) Turn Notification

Draft Participants can choose to receive an email and / or a SMS (text) message whenever it is their turn to make a pick. Notifications will keep your draft moving.

Assign Admin Ranks

You can optionally assign an Admin Rank to whatever you are drafting. This is consensus or average ranking available to all draft participants. If Admin Rank is set, it is the default for AutoDraft. Participants can override the Admin Rank by setting their own, private, rankings.

WWith our simple ranking system, we make it easy for each draft participant to get ready for the draft. Participants can sort the items at any time before the draft. The rankings will be present at the Draft and participants can even choose AutoDraft to have the system pick automatically from their highest ranked item still available.

When it is your turn, make a pick! Any draft participant can switch to AutoDraft and the system will pick their highest ranked available lead/account.

The draft results are immediately available. Filter the results and click the EXCEL button to download the data.

Your group has the option to track prices. This can be especially helpful if you are drafting things with varying prices or value. With Show Prices on, you will be able to see a running total per partner during the draft and complete totals after the draft has finished.
